Since 2005 Bradley Projects has been working with the English Football League to use the fan experience as a catalyst for improving the fan experience. Initially through the establishment of the Football League's Family Excellence Awards, our work has extended to embrace projects on the experiences of disabled supporters and core, long-term fans as well as facilitating 'best practice' adoption across the League.
We have been working with the FAI (Football Association of Ireland) since 2008. Our work has focused on promoting the game in Ireland and, in particular, helping Airtricity League Clubs to attract and retain fans through the 2010 publication Growing Your Club and a fan experience assessment programme.
The SPL (The Scottish Premier League) invited us to help them launch, manage and develop their SPL Family Champions scheme in 2009 and the scheme has now been extended into its second year.
