Origins

Mark's book Inconvenience Stores charted the experiences of the Bradley family as they went about their lives in 2005. Eschewing the traditional internal focus of mystery shopper programmes, the lively, unrestrained and richly detailed stories gained currency as a way to 'wake up' organisations to the challenges of a customer-driven world.

While Mark's writing took in a further catalogue of customer service calamities (2008's Retails of the Unexpected), his experience as a lead assessor for the Unisys / Management Today Service Excellence Awards and a football fan offered a combination of experience and enthusiasm that led Bradley Projects to initially engage with the football world.

We're a family business at heart (after all, we need the kids to explain modern technology to us) and this has not only guided our growth and development, but also helped us to find like-minded friends to help support our partners and customers.
