MBP has today launched a new initiative in partnership with the University of Huddersfield Business School and Rugby League Legend Robbie Paul.
The Applied Marketing Consultancy (AMC) is an initiative designed to maximise the extensive research resources at the University of Huddersfield for commercial and academic benefit. Working to a brief within tight deadlines, AMC acts as a sort of 'flying squad', conducting high quality small scale surveys to support MBP consultations and publications.
Supported by the international customer experience measurement expertise of the Leadership Factor, AMC offers sports organisations a fast track to improving the visitor / fan experience.
Robbie Paul says: 'I believe that the Match Day Experience is crucial to the continued development of professional sport in its ambitions to become ever more popular (and sustainable too!). I'm proud to lead an initiative which I know will be a major catalyst for change at all levels of all sports.'
Mark Bradley adds: 'Keeping in touch with supporters' needs is the only effective way to grow your Club. I'm really proud to be part of an exciting venture that will not only provide a much-needed focus on fans, but will also deliver the practical guidance needed to make the changes happen.'
